Meet the Team

Shane Martin is the owner of New Horizons Therapeutics. He started New Horizons in 1996 with a vision of using massage therapy to heal and help the people of Bartlesville. Shane specializes in Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Stretching, Deep Tissue and more.

I was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia and moved to the United States in 1999. In 2009, I married the love of my life, and together we became business partners from day one. Driven by our passion for helping people, we are dedicated to offering the best wellness center to Bartlesville and its surrounding communities.

Kasi Costello-O'Brien (L.M.T.) is a native of Bartlesville. She brings 17 years of massage experience to our team and specializes in many therapeutic techniques to help our clients be better than when they came in.

Sandy Scott (L.M.T.) is a Licensed Certified Massage & Bodywork Therapist in the state of Oklahoma. She is also the wife of a wonderful, husband and the mother of two beautiful children. She combines a variety of techniques to assist clients in meeting their individual needs.

Amy Weldon (L.M.T.) has lived in Bartlesville since 1987. She is a Certified Massage Therapist, and she graduated from the massage therapy program at Community Care College in 2014. She specializes in Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release techniques, and Deep Tissue massage.

I came to Bartlesville in 2014 via the fine state of Kansas. I enjoy playing the violin at my local church Hope Presbyterian Church. I joined the team at New Horizons Therapeutics in 2021. I was blessed to be here as the company grew from a massage clinic to an expanding wellness clinic. I look forward to being a part of your wellness journey!

Baylie French, was born and raised in Bartlesville OK. She attended Wesleyan Christian School for a period before homeschooling until graduation in 2023. She began working at New Horizons Therapeutics in April of 2023.
